Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to ATV Search, including classifieds, rentals, trails, shop pages, blogs, forums, and related services. By using the site, creating an account, or posting content, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use ATV Search.

ATV Search is an online marketplace and information platform. Users can browse and publish ATV listings, rental inventory, trail pages, and related content. ATV Search provides the website and communication tools. We are not a dealer, broker, insurer, or party to transactions between users unless we expressly say otherwise in writing.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, post a listing, or complete a rental request.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your login.
• Keep your password confidential and notify us at support@atvsearch.com if you think your account was used without permission.
• We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that violates these terms or creates risk for other users.

If you post a classified, rental, trail, product, blog, or forum item, you are responsible for that content.

• Provide accurate descriptions, prices, photos, location, and availability.
• Only post vehicles, rentals, or content that you are authorized to offer.
• Do not post stolen property, illegal items, misleading photos, or another person's listing without permission.
• Listings may remain pending until reviewed or accepted according to site rules.
• We may edit, hide, refuse, or remove content that is inaccurate, unlawful, or harmful to the marketplace.

Sales, trades, rentals, pickups, payments, deposits, insurance, titles, and riding arrangements happen between users. ATV Search does not process payments for classified sales or rental bookings. Booking requests and chat messages are introductions, not a guarantee that a vehicle is available, roadworthy, or legally offered.

Buyers and renters should inspect the vehicle, confirm ownership, review local laws, and complete their own due diligence before paying or riding. Sellers and hosts should confirm the other party's identity and any required licenses, deposits, or insurance.

Chat, contact-seller forms, booking requests, and support messages may only be used for legitimate marketplace communication. Do not use them for spam, harassment, scams, or off-platform fraud. Inactive chat conversations are deleted after 30 days of inactivity.

• Posting false, stolen, infringing, or unlawful content.
• Attempting to access another user's account, listings, or private messages.
• Scraping, overloading, or interfering with the site except through ordinary browsing.
• Using ATV Search to send malware, phishing, or unsolicited advertising.
• Circumventing fees, review, or safety features if they are added later.
• Impersonating ATV Search, another user, or a business you do not represent.

You keep ownership of content you post. You grant ATV Search a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the service, including in search results and listing previews. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license.

ATV Search branding, layout, software, and original site content are owned by ATV Search or its licensors. You may not copy the platform or use our marks without permission, except for ordinary use of the site.

ATV Search is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that listings, prices, trail notes, rental availability, or user statements are complete, current, or accurate. Off-road riding involves risk. Trail information is for general reference and is not a substitute for local rules, permits, weather checks, or your own judgment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATV Search and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or personal injury arising from use of the site or from a transaction between users. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid ATV Search, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to defend and hold ATV Search harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your listings, your use of the site, or your dealings with other users, including accidents, title disputes, and rental disagreements.

You may stop using ATV Search at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or refuse service if these terms are violated or if we believe it is necessary to protect the marketplace. Provisions that should survive termination, including disclaimers, liability limits, and licenses needed to keep public records or backups, will survive.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The last-updated date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
